• Advocate with not less than 10 years of practice.

Additional Public Prosecutor cum Additional Government Pleader

• Advocate with not less than 7 years of practice.

Special Public Prosecutor (SC/ST Act Cases)

• Advocate with not less than 10 years of practice.

Special Public Prosecutor (Human Right Cases)

• Advocate with not less than 10 years of practice.
