Age Limits

• Minimum age: 18 years
• Maximum age: 42 years
• Age relaxation: SC/ST/SEBC/Women candidates - 5 years; PWD and Ex-Servicemen - as per state rules.

Educational Qualifications

• Junior Clerk-cum-Copyist, Stenographer Grade-III & Junior Typist: Must have passed graduation (Bachelor’s degree) from a recognized university and possess a Diploma in Computer Application. Odia language proficiency at ME standard is required.
• Salaried Amin: Matriculation (Class 10) or equivalent with Revenue Inspector Training.

Other Requirements

• Indian citizenship
• Good character and health
• Proficiency in Odia language
• No more than one spouse (where applicable)
• No NOC required for self-employed candidates; government servants must submit NOC if applicable.

Special Note

• Stenographer Grade-III: Minimum shorthand speed of 80 wpm and 40 wpm in English Typewriting via computer system.
• Junior Typist: Minimum speed of 40 wpm in English Typewriting via computer system.
