Educational Qualifications

• Degree in social sciences (social welfare/sociology/clinical psychiatry/psychology/philosophy), preferably with a Degree in Law, plus 5 years of experience in field work/research/teaching related to women and children issues; OR
• 5 years of experience in Central/State Laws relating to marriage/divorce/maintenance/guardianship/adoption/family disputes. Preference may be given to women, District Judge cadre officers, or those with family counseling experience.
