Age Limit

• Minimum age: 18 years
• Maximum age: 42 years
• Age relaxation for reserved categories as per Haryana Government rules.

Educational Qualification

• Must have passed the Middle (8th) standard.
• Knowledge of Hindi or Punjabi.

General Instructions

• This appointment is temporary (ad-hoc) for six months or until regular appointments are made, whichever is earlier.
• The number of vacancies may be increased or decreased without prior notice.
• Shortlisting criteria may be adopted if a large number of applications are received.
• Persons already employed in government/semi-government departments, corporations, or boards should apply through proper channels.
• The interview schedule will be published on the official website and displayed on the notice board of the office.
• No separate call letter will be issued; no TA/DA shall be paid for attending the interview.

• Submit applications on plain paper with full details (post name, applicant’s name, father’s name, date of birth, educational qualification, gender, category, experience, postal and email addresses).
• Attach a passport-size self-attested photo and copies of all educational and category certificates.
• Applications can be submitted by post/courier or in person at the Office of District and Sessions Judge, Sonipat, during working days from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM, up to 16 February 2026 by 5:00 PM.
• Incomplete applications or those without required documents will be rejected.
