• Retired Government Employee with adequate experience in Public Utility Services as defined under Section 22A of the Legal Services Authorities Act, 1987 (examples include Transport service, Postal/Telegraph/Telephone service, Power/Water supply, Public sanitation, Hospital/dispensary, Insurance, Education, Housing & Real Estate, Banking/Financial Institutions, MGNREGA, LPG services, Aadhaar/Ration/Voter/BPL, Pensions/Allowances, PDS, Mobile/Internet services, etc.).
