Essential Qualification

• Resident of Champawat district.
• Not a member of any political party.
• No criminal case pending or convicted.
• Knowledge of English language.

Desirable Qualification

• Ability to operate the internet and have a smartphone with internet access and WhatsApp usage.
• Social workers.
• Preference to ex-servicemen and members of the Van Gurjar community.
