Eligibility Details

• Chief Legal Aid Defense Counsel (LADC): Minimum 10 years of practice in the Session Court.
• Deputy Chief Legal Aid Defense Counsel (LADC): Minimum 7 years of practice in the Session Court.
• Assistant Legal Aid Defense Counsel (LADC): Minimum 0 to 3 years of practice in the Judicial Magistrate level court.

General Information / Instructions
