General Instructions

• The applicant must be a citizen of India and a resident of Muzaffarpur district. Applications from residents outside the district will not be accepted.

• Fill the prescribed application form completely and attach self-attested copies of educational and other qualification certificates.
• Submit the application to the Office of District Legal Services Authority, Muzaffarpur by 10 February 2026 (up to 5:30 PM) either by post or in person.
• Attach a character certificate not older than six months and an affidavit stating no case is pending in court against the applicant.
