Eligibility by Post

• Chief Legal Aid Defense Counsel: Must have at least 10 years of practice in criminal law; excellent oral and written communication skills; thorough understanding of criminal law and ethical duties; ability to lead a team; should have handled at least 30 criminal trials in Sessions Courts (relaxable in appropriate circumstances); basic computer knowledge.
