How to Apply

1. Candidates must submit their application using the prescribed format, which is available at the Office of the DMFT, Chatra, or can be downloaded from https://chatra.nic.in.
2. Duly filled application forms, along with self-attested copies of all required documents, must be submitted by hand or sent via Registered/Speed Post to the following address: The Deputy Commissioner-cum-Chairman, District Mineral Foundation Trust (DMFT), Office of the Deputy Commissioner, Chatra, Jharkhand – 825401.
3. The envelope must be clearly superscribed with "Application for the Post of Medical Officer/Specialized Domain under DMFT, Chatra."
4. The last date for receipt of applications is October 11, 2025, until 05:00 PM. Applications received after this deadline will not be considered.
