Age Details

• Minimum age: 25 years
• Maximum age: 40 years (as on 01 January 2026)

Eligibility Details

• Must be a resident of Paschim Medinipur district.
• Women who are active members of an SHG under NRLM for at least three years and have three years of work experience as an SRLM extension worker (or have at least three years of active SHG membership, even without prior experience).
• Must have a LokOS member code and be entered in NRLM MIS (LokOS).
• Age: 25 to 40 years as on 01/01/2026.
• Educational Qualification: At least Higher Secondary/equivalent qualification; higher qualifications are preferred.
• Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Internet) desirable.
• Knowledge of SHG livelihoods and income generation; willingness to learn new skills.
• Willingness to work in villages outside the home GP/Block, within the district and outside the district/state.
• SHG members currently engaged in paid government or government-sponsored work may apply but must resign on selection.
