Educational Qualification

• Joint General Manager (Operations) - BE/B.Tech in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical/Civil OR 2-year full-time MBA with specialization in Marketing/International Business Operations/Logistics, with relevant experience.
• Engineer (Operations) - BE/B.Tech in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical/Civil OR 2-year full-time MBA in Marketing/International Business Operations/Logistics, with relevant experience.
• Engineer (Civil) - B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering with relevant experience.
• Engineer (Safety) - BE/B.Tech in Electrical/Civil/Mechanical plus one-year Safety certification with relevant experience.
• Assistant Manager (Security) - Any Graduate with relevant experience.
• Supervisor (Legal) - LL.B from a recognized university or national law school with relevant experience.
• Engineer (Asset Management System) - BE/B.Tech in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics with relevant experience.

Work Experience Criteria (as on 01.01.2026)

• PRCE/Deputation: various seniority-based requirements as specified per post.
• JGM: minimum 14 years post-qualification Gazetted/Executive experience.
• Engineer/FTCE/AM/Sec/AMS: minimum 2 years post-qualification experience (with specifics per post).
• FTCE Engineer: preference for candidates in Chennai/Tamil Nadu region and at least 2 years relevant experience.
