Eligibility by Category (Overview)

• Resource Person (Assistant in Programme Production/Management): Class XII with relevant TV experience or graduates with a professional diploma in TV Programme Production, Mass Communication, or Journalism. Desirable: knowledge of Assamese, English, and Hindi; script writing abilities.
• Video Assistant (Studio & Field Camera Operation/Videography): Professional degree/diploma in Videography; 2 years’ experience in TV, digital, or video production desirable.
• Post-Production Assistant - Video Editing (Non-Linear): Professional degree/diploma in Video Editing; 2 years’ experience desirable.
• Website Editor / Social Media: Graduation with Digital Marketing/Social Media/Web Designing; 1 year experience; extra certification in website designing desirable.
• Camera Assistant (Helper in Programme Production): Class XII pass; 2-3 years’ related experience desirable.
• CG Operator (Computer Graphics): Graduation with typing ability (English 35 WPM / Hindi/Assamese 30 WPM); certificate in Computer Graphics/Graphic Designing desirable.
• Library Assistant / Archive Assistant: Graduation with MS Excel certification; Diploma in Library Science desirable.

Desirable skills across categories include knowledge of Assamese/English/Hindi, script writing, TV/digital production experience, and digital content/web-related competencies.

• Ensure both hard copy and email submissions reach by 30 April 2026. No fee is charged for any category.

The panel validity is typically for a fixed period (e.g., 2 years) and assignments are issued as per requirement with a maximum of seven per month per empanelled candidate.
