Age Details

• Upper age limit for Faculty on Short Term Appointment (UR): 40 years (with GNCTD reservation relaxations applicable).
• Upper age limit for Guest Faculty: 69 years (maximum engagement up to 70 years).
• Age will be reckoned on the date of the walk-in interview.

Eligibility Details

Specializations and qualifications

• Pharmaceutical Chemistry/Analysis: First Class in B.Pharm and Master’s degree in Pharmaceutical Chemistry/Analysis with Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Sciences. Minimum one year of teaching experience from a reputed institute.
• Pharmacology: First Class in B.Pharm and Master’s degree in Pharmacology/Pharmacology & Toxicology with Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Sciences. Minimum one year of teaching experience from a reputed institute.
• Drug Regulatory Affairs: B.Pharm and Master’s degree in Pharmaceutics/Regulatory Affairs with Ph.D. in the relevant field. Minimum one year of teaching/industry/research experience at Lecturer level. Industry candidates with First Class Master’s and significant professional work may be eligible (5 years experience acceptable as equivalent to Ph.D.). Desirable: Research publications.
• Pharmaceutical Biotechnology: B.Pharm and Master’s in Pharm. Biotech/Pharmaceutics/IP/QA/RA/Pharm. Tech with Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Sciences. Minimum one year of teaching/industry/research experience at Lecturer level. Desirable: Research publications.
• Ayurvedic Pharmacy: First Class B.Sc./Ayurveda/Pharma; First Class Master’s in Ayurveda or allied subject with Ph.D. in Ayurveda or allied subjects. Minimum one year of teaching experience. Subject preference: Dravyaguna Vigyan, Bhaishajya Kalpana, Rasa Shastra.
• Pharmacognosy: B.Pharm and Master’s degree in Pharmacy (M.Pharm) with Ph.D. in the relevant field. Minimum one year of teaching experience.
• Executive M. Pharm: B.Pharm and Master’s in Pharmaceutics/Regulatory Affairs with Ph.D. in the relevant field. Minimum three years of teaching/industry/research experience at Lecturer level. Desirable: Research publications.
• BBA-Health Care: First Class Bachelors; First Class Master’s in related fields with Ph.D. where applicable. Minimum one year of teaching experience. Desirable: Ph.D. in related subjects. Preference: Operations research/research methodology.
• MBA-International Trade Management: First Class Bachelor’s and Master’s in Business Administration/Management/PGDM/Pharmaceutical Management. Minimum one year of teaching experience. Desirable: Ph.D. in related subjects.
• Computer Applications: Master’s with 55% marks in Computer Applications; Desirable: Ph.D. and at least one year of teaching experience.
• Environmental Sciences: Master’s with 55% marks in a relevant field; NET/SET/SLET or Ph.D. required or equivalent as per UGC regulations. Minimum one year of teaching experience.
