Age Limit

• Maximum age: 56 years as on the closing date of receipt of applications (15-06-2026).

Eligibility by Post

Section Officer (Group B) - Level-7

• Holding an analogous post on a regular basis in the parent cadre or department; OR
• 5 years’ service in Level-6 in the pay matrix (Rs. 35,400-1,12,400) in the parent cadre or department. Desirable: Experience in legal or judicial work.

Private Secretary (Group B) - Level-7

• Holding analogous post on a regular basis in the parent cadre or department; OR
• 5 years’ service in a Level-6 post in the pay matrix (Rs. 35,400-1,12,400) in the parent cadre or department. Desirable: Experience in legal or judicial work.

Assistant (Group B) - Level-6

• Holding an analogous post on a regular basis in the parent cadre or department; OR
• 10 years’ service in Level-4 in the pay matrix (Rs. 25,500-81,100) or equivalent in the parent cadre or department.

Accounts Assistant (Group B) - Level-6

• Central Government officers: holding an analogous post in the parent cadre or department; OR 10 years’ regular service in Level-4 in the pay matrix (Rs. 25,500-81,100) or equivalent, plus training in cash and accounts work (ISTM or equivalent).

Stenographer Grade-I (Group B) - Level-6

• Holding an analogous post on regular basis in the parent cadre or department; OR 10 years’ service in Level-4 in the pay matrix (Rs. 25,500-81,100) or equivalent.

Upper Division Clerk (UDC) - Level-4 (Group C)

• Holding an analogous post on a regular basis in the parent cadre or department; OR Lower Division Clerk with 8 years’ service in Level-2 in the pay matrix (Rs. 19,900-63,200) or equivalent.

• The appointment is on deputation for 1 year initially, extendable up to 3 years as per Recruitment Rules 2018.
• Officials in the feeder grade or already serving in DRAT/DRTs under DRAT Mumbai are not eligible for absorption or promotion.
