• State Program Manager: Graduate/Postgraduate in IT, Computer Science, or Data Management
• District Coordinators: Graduate/Postgraduate in Social Work, Rural Development, Public Policy
• Block Manager (BM): Graduate/Postgraduate in Social Work, Rural Development, Public Administration or a related field
• District Manager - VA/ ML/ CD: Postgraduate degree or diploma in Rural Management / Food Processing / Marketing / Supply Chain Management / any other relevant qualification
• Block Manager - VA/ ML/ CD: Graduate degree or diploma in Rural Management / Food Processing / Sales & Marketing / any other relevant qualification
• Block Manager - MIS: B.C.A / B.E. in Information Technology / Electronics and Telecommunication / any other relevant qualification
• Block Manager - FI: B.Com / B.B.A. in Finance / any other relevant qualification

Remuneration (per month)

• State Program Manager: 50,000
• District Coordinators: 40,000
• Block Manager (BM): 30,000
• District Manager - VA/ ML/ CD: 45,000
• Block Manager - VA/ ML/ CD: 25,000
• Block Manager - MIS: 25,000
• Block Manager - FI: 25,000
