Eligibility Details

Nationality

The notification does not specify a separate nationality clause; however, candidates applying under SC/ST/OBC-Non-Creamy Layer categories must produce caste certificates in the prescribed format issued by a competent authority.

Educational Qualification

• Fresh pass-outs from 2024, 2025, or 2026 are eligible.
• Graduate/Diploma holders with one year or more of training/job experience after attaining the qualification are not eligible as apprentices under the Apprentices Act.
• Registration on the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS 2.0) portal (nats.education.gov.in) is required.
