• Graduate Engineering (BE/B.Tech): Mechanical/Production/Industrial Production; Aeronautical/Aerospace; Electricals & Electronics/ Electronics & Communication/ Electronics & Instrumentation/ Telecom; Computer Science/Information Technology; Metallurgy/Material Science; Civil Engg. or Equivalent
• Diploma (Engineering): Mechanical/ Production/ Tool & Die Design; Electrical & Electronics/ Electronics & Communication/ Electronics & Instrumentation; Computer Science Engg./Information Technology
• ITI Trades: Machinist/CNC Machining Tech.; Fitter; Turner; Electrician; Welder; Sheet Metal Worker; COPA/Data Entry Operator
• Non-Technical Graduate General: B.Com; B.Sc. (Chemistry/Physics/Maths/Electronics/Computer, etc.); B.A. (Finance/ Banking); B.C.A; B.B.A Note: All selections are subject to the Apprentices Act, 1961 and the specific criteria of the GTRE DRDO Apprenticeship program.

Application Fees

There are no online application fees. Candidates must attend the walk-in interview after mandatory pre-registration on the designated portals (NATS for Graduate/Diploma; NAPS for ITI).

• Only Indian nationals are eligible. Pre-registration on NATS/NAPS portals is mandatory before attending the walk-in interview.
• Pass-outs must be from 2022 or later; those who passed before 2022 are not eligible.
• Regular candidates only; distance/online mode candidates are not eligible.
• Higher qualifications than prescribed are not eligible.
• Training under this apprenticeship does not guarantee employment post-completion.
• Bring original certificates and self-attested copies as listed in the notification. GTRE reserves the right to modify vacancies or cancel the process at any time.
