Eligibility Details

Junior Research Fellow (Electronics Engineering)

• B.Tech/B.E in Electronics Engineering with 1st Division and a valid NET/GATE, or
• M.E./M.Tech in Electronics Engineering with 1st Division at both graduate and postgraduate levels.

Junior Research Fellow (Physics)

• M.Sc. in Physics (1st Division) with a valid NET/GATE, or
• M.E./M.Tech in Physics with 1st Division at both graduate and postgraduate levels.

Junior Research Fellow (Computer Science)

• B.Tech/B.E in Computer Science with 1st Division and a valid NET/GATE, or
• M.E./M.Tech in Computer Science with 1st Division at both graduate and postgraduate levels.

Junior Research Fellow (Mechanical Engineering)

• B.Tech/B.E in Mechanical Engineering with 1st Division and a valid NET/GATE, or
• M.E./M.Tech in Mechanical Engineering with 1st Division at both graduate and postgraduate levels.
