  • B.Tech in Material Science/Metallurgy (first division) with GATE/NET, or
  • M.Tech in Material Science/Metallurgy (first division, UG & PG), or
  • M.Sc in Material Science/Metallurgy (first division) with NET/GATE

Research Associate (RA)

  • Ph.D in Material Science/Metallurgy, or
  • M.Tech + 3 years of research/teaching/design & development experience with at least one SCI journal paper

  4. SC/ST/OBC candidates must bring original caste certificate
  5. PH candidates must bring a medical certificate from a government hospital
