Eligibility Details

Post-wise educational qualifications

• Joint Director (Administration) - Level-13: Officers of Central/State/UT Government holding an analogous post or 5 years in Level-12 with a degree and 12 years of experience in administration/establishment/accounts.
• Joint Director (Accounts) - Level-13: Officers holding an analogous post or 5 years in Level-12 with a Bachelor’s degree and 10 years of experience in Accounts/Finance/Budgeting.
• Addl CCE - Level-13: Civilian officers of organized Engineering Services or equivalent holding an analogous post or 5 years in Level-12 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil/Electrical/Mechanical/Architecture and 10 years of experience in civil works/project execution/estate management.
• Sr. Accounts Officer Grade-II - Level-10: Officers holding an analogous post or 2 years in Level-9 or 4 years in Level-8 with a Bachelor’s Degree and 3 years of experience in Accounts/Finance/Budgeting.
• Administrative Officer - Level-07: Officers holding an analogous post or 5 years in Level-6 with a Bachelor’s Degree and 2 years of experience in Accounts/Administration/Establishment.
• Stores Officer - Level-07: Officers holding an analogous post or 5 years in Level-6 with a Bachelor’s Degree and 3 years of experience in store keeping/stores accounts.
• Accounts Officer - Level-07: Officers holding an analogous post or 5 years in Level-6 with a Degree and Pass in Subordinate Accounts Service or equivalent training with 3 years’ experience in cash/accounts/budget.
• Private Secretary - Level-07: Stenographers holding an analogous post or 5 years in Level-6.
