Age

• Maximum age limit: 35 years for all posts.
• Age relaxation: As per government norms for SC/ST/PH and OBC.

Eligibility Details

Research Associate (RA) - Physics/Materials

• Ph.D. in Physics/Materials or equivalent degree, OR
• 3 years of research, teaching, and design & development experience after postgraduate degree (M.Sc) in Physics/Materials with at least one SCI-indexed publication.

Research Associate (RA) - Electronics

• Ph.D. in Electronics or equivalent degree, OR
• 3 years of research, teaching, and design & development experience after postgraduate degree (ME/M.Tech) in Electronics with at least one SCI-indexed publication.

JRF (Chemistry)

• M.Sc. or equivalent in Chemistry with first division and NET qualification (CSIR-UGC NET, MHRD GATE, or JEST).

JRF (Physics)

• M.Sc. or equivalent in Physics with first division and NET qualification (CSIR-UGC NET, MHRD GATE, or JEST).

JRF (Mechanical)

• B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering with NET/GATE qualification, or M.E./M.Tech in Mechanical Engineering with first division at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
