Age Limit (as on Interview Date)

• General category: 28 years
• Age relaxation: 5 years for SC/ST (maximum 33 years)
• Age relaxation: 3 years for OBC (maximum 31 years)
• Overall maximum age after relaxation: SC/ST 33 years, OBC 31 years

Educational Qualifications

• Option 1: BE / B.Tech in a relevant discipline with first-division aggregate (60% or equivalent CGPA) AND a valid GATE score from 2023, 2024, or 2025
• Option 2: ME / M.Tech with first-division at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels (60% or equivalent CGPA)

• Mechanical Engineering (8 posts): BE/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering; Mechanical & Automation Engineering; Mechanical & Production Engineering
• Electrical Engineering (2 posts): BE/B.Tech in Electrical Engineering; Electrical & Power System Engineering; Electrical & Electronics Engineering; Power Electronics Engineering
