Age limits (illustrative across posts)

• JSA posts: 18-27 years
• Teaching posts (Directorate of Education): up to 30 years
• Technical posts (NDMC/Labour Department): 18-32 to 18-37 years depending on post
• IT Assistant Grade-A, Data Processing Assistant, Data Entry Operator: up to 27-30+ years depending on post
• Age relaxations per Central Government rules apply (SC/ST, OBC-Delhi, PwBD, Ex-Servicemen, etc.).

Eligibility details

General

• Qualifications vary by post, ranging from Matric/ITI/NCVT for technical posts to Graduation, Diploma, or Master’s degrees for scientific and teaching posts. Some positions require specific professional credentials (e.g., B.Ed, CTET, RCIs) and typing/key-depression speeds.
• All candidates must meet age and educational requirements as on the closing date of applications (15 July 2026).

Post-wise highlights (examples)

• JSA (Biology) - Master’s degree in a life science with relevant specialization or an equivalent technical degree.
• IT Assistant Grade-A - Class 12 with typing speed and optional translation qualification.
• TGT (Computer Science) - CS-related degree or DOEACC A-level with related subjects.
• Fitter, Lift Operator, Data Processing Assistant, Data Entry Operator - ITI/diploma or technical qualifications as specified.

Application fee

• General (UR)/OBC/EWS Male candidates: ₹100 ( SBI e-Pay only )
• Women candidates: Exempted
• SC/ST/PwBD/Ex-Servicemen: Exempted
• Fee is non-refundable. Payment must be made through SBI e-Pay only.

Important instructions

• Apply online only at the official portal. One registration per candidate and one application per post code.
• After submission, download and retain a printout of the application. E-dossier uploads will occur later after the examination.
• Keep scanned copies of educational certificates, caste/PwBD/EWS/ESM certificates, and experience certificates ready for the e-dossier.
• Exam centers will be in Delhi/NCR and other states as decided by DSSSB.
