Eligibility Details

• The Centre Administrator must be a woman willing to be available at the One Stop Centre (OSC) 24/7. The staff should be residential and attached to the OSC.
• The candidate should hold a Master’s degree in Social Work, Counselling Psychology, or Development Management.
• Candidates must have at least 4 years of experience working on violence against women issues in an administrative setup with a Government or Non-Government project/programme.
• Preferably, at least 1 year of counselling experience within or outside the same setup.
• The candidate should be a resident of the local community to utilize local human resources and expertise for the centre’s effective functioning.
