Age limit

JRF/SRF

• Master’s degree (M.Tech / M.E. / M.S / M.Sc) or B.Tech in Electronics Engineering / Electronics Science / RF & Microwave Engineering / Communication Engineering / Embedded Systems / AI & Data Science or related field. MTech/M.E. with no experience and M.S/M.Sc/B.Tech with 1 year of experience. Minimum 60% marks or equivalent CGPA in postgraduate studies.

Field Worker

• Graduation with some experience.

Walk-in Procedure
