Eligibility Criteria by Post

Central Administrator

• Master’s degree in Law / Social Work / Sociology / Social Science / Psychology
• At least 5 years of experience in women-related domains (Govt/NGO), preferably 1 year in counseling.

Case Worker

• Bachelor’s degree in Law / Social Work / Sociology / Social Science / Psychology
• At least 3 years of experience in women-related domains (Govt/NGO).

Para Legal Personnel / Lawyer

• Degree in Law + legal training/knowledge OR practicing lawyer
• 3 years in women-related Govt/NGO projects OR 2 years of litigation experience.

Para Medical Personnel

• Professional degree/diploma in paramedics + health sector background
• Preferably 3 years of experience in health sector (Govt/NGO, district level).

Psycho-Social Counsellor

• Professional degree/diploma in Psychology/Psychiatry/Neurosciences + health sector background
• Preferably 3 years of experience in health sector (Govt/NGO, district level).

Office Assistant with computer knowledge

• Any Graduate + Diploma in Computers/IT
• Minimum 3 years of experience in data management, documentation, web reporting, video conferencing (Govt/NGO/IT org).

Multi-purpose Staff / Cook

• Literate (High School pass or equivalent preferred)
• Knowledge/experience in relevant domain.

Security Guard / Night Guard

• No specific qualification mentioned.

General Eligibility

• Only female local candidates of West Godavari District.
