Age Limit

• Below 28 years

Educational Qualifications

• Undergraduate Engineers: pursuing B.Tech/B.E (7th/8th semester)
• Postgraduate Engineers: pursuing M.Tech (II year) in the respective discipline
• M.Sc in Physics (IInd Year) with a preference for Optics or applications in Quantum Mechanics
• Other two-year/three-year programs as specified for Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering (ETCE) and Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE) exemptions apply per DYSL-QT guidelines.

Note: The post requires active pursuit of the degree programs listed above (not final degree completion).

Application Fees

• No application fee is required for this internship recruitment.

General Instructions

• The internship duration is 6 months, with a completion certificate issued on completion.
• No housing allowances are provided; accommodation must be arranged by the selected candidates.
• Stipend is paid in two installments (₹15,000/month) subject to minimum attendance and academic performance.
• Selection is based on merit, considering CGPA/percentage marks and offline/telephonic/in-person assessments with document verification.
• Selected interns may be required to submit various documents at joining, including NOC, police verification, IT/Official Secrets Act undertakings, bank details, medical fitness certificate, Aadhaar card, college ID, photos, mark sheets, and a letter from the college.
• DRDO reserves the right to alter vacancy positions or selection criteria at any stage without prior notice.
• This internship does not guarantee employment with DRDO/DYSL-QT; employment is on a separate basis and subject to future opportunities.
