Eligibility Criteria

• Must possess an ITI certificate in the relevant trade.
• Must be registered on the NAPS portal in the same trade.
• Must have secured at least 40% marks in the ITI qualifying examination.
• Candidate can apply for only one trade in either West Bengal or Jharkhand; applications for more than one trade will be rejected.
• Candidates can apply for any one discipline only; multiple applications will lead to rejection.

Important Instructions and Terms

• Applications must be sent by post to the Office of the General Manager, HRD, Dishergarh, Paschim Bardhaman, West Bengal, 713333; online submissions are not accepted.

• The apprenticeship is for one year and will terminate automatically upon completion.
• ECL reserves the right to accept, modify, or reject any application.
• Merely clearing document verification does not guarantee engagement as an apprentice. The final posting and contract creation will be governed by ECL procedures.

2. Attach all required documents and the Undertaking (Annexure-III).

4. Ensure the application reaches by 31 July 2026.
