  • Officer-in-Charge (OIC): Graduate with minimum 5 years of work experience as Physician in an institute or managerial positions.
  • Medical Officer: MBBS with minimum 3 years of experience after internship; preferable additional qualification in Medicine.
  • Dental Officer: BDS with minimum 3 years of experience.
  • Medical Specialist: MD/MS in the specified specialty or DNB with minimum 3 years of post-graduate experience in the specialty.
  • Gynaecologist: Postgraduate degree with relevant experience.
  • Radiologist: PG degree with minimum 3 years of experience after PG.
  • Dental A/T/H: Diploma holders of Dental A/T/H or Class-1 DH/DCORA Course (Armed Forces) with minimum 5 years of dental laboratory experience.
  • Nursing Assistant: GNM Diploma/Class-1 Nursing Assistant course (Armed Forces) with minimum 5 years experience.
  • Pharmacist: B Pharmacy or Diploma in Pharmacy with a science background and minimum 3 years of experience.
  • Laboratory Technician: BSc (Medical Lab Technology) or 10th/12th with science and DMLT with minimum 3 years of experience in a medical laboratory.
  • Laboratory Assistant: DMLT/Class-1 Lab Tech (Armed Forces) with minimum 5 years experience.
  • Physiotherapist: Diploma/Class-1 Physiotherapist Course (Armed Forces) with minimum 5 years experience.
  • Radiographer: Diploma/Class-1 Radiographer Course (Armed Forces) with minimum 5 years experience.
  • Clerk: Graduate/Class-1 Clerical Trade (Armed Forces), computer qualified with minimum 5 years experience.
  • Driver: 8th class/1st Class MT Driver (Armed Forces) with a valid Civil Driving Licence and minimum 5 years experience.
  • Peon: 8th class or GD Trade for Armed Forces with minimum 5 years experience.
  • Chowkidar: Education/8th class or GD Trade for Armed Forces Personnel.
  • Safaiwala: Literate with minimum 5 years experience.
  • Female Attendant: Literate with minimum 5 years experience in Civil/Army health institutions.

Essential Requirements

  • Renewable contract for 12/11 months with age and performance-based conditions.
  • Preference to Ex-Servicemen and widows of service personnel including War Widows.
  • OJT/Handing/Taking Over certificates may be required from the OIC Polyclinic before signing the contract.
  • OJT duration will be unpaid and counted as mandatory before joining as a contractual employee.
