Eligibility and Qualifications

  • Project Engineer on Contract (PE-C) and Technical Officer on Contract (TO-C): B.E./B.Tech with at least 60% marks (50% for SC/ST).
  • Assistant Project Engineer on Contract (APE-C): Diploma with at least 60% marks (50% for SC/ST).
  • Senior Artisan on Contract (SA-C) and Junior Artisan on Contract (JA-C): ITI (passed).
  • Post-qualification experience (apprenticeship up to 1 year counted): PE-C 3 years; TO-C, APE-C, JA-C 1 year; SA-C 2 years.
  • Upper age limit (as on date of selection, UR): PE-C 33 years; other posts 30 years.
  • Age relaxations: OBC 3 years, SC/ST 5 years, PwBD 10 years (additional to category relaxations), Ex-Servicemen & J&K domicile relaxations as per rules.
