Age Limit

ICT & Digital Initiatives

• Master's degree/M.Tech in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems/Technology with at least 60% from a recognized university.
• Essential: 3 years post-qualification experience in information systems/educational technology.
• Desirable: M.Phil, M.Tech, Ph.D., additional qualifications, research experience, or published papers in the field.

Finance & Procurement

• Master's degree in Accounting or Business Administration (Finance) or CA or ICWA or 2-year PG Diploma in Finance & Management with at least 60% from a recognized university.
• Essential: 3 years post-qualification experience in Finance/Procurement.
• Desirable: M.Phil, Ph.D., additional qualifications, research experience, or published papers in the field.

Access & Infrastructure Development

• Master’s degree in Civil Engineering/Architecture/B.Tech (Civil) with MBA or 2-year PG Diploma in Management with at least 60% from a recognized university.
• Essential: 3 years post-qualification experience in Infrastructure Development/Civil works.

8. A waiting list may be prepared for each category of consultants; eligible candidates from the waiting list may be offered vacancies if the original selected candidate does not join.

11. The engagement is contractual for two years, with possible extensions up to a maximum of five years.
