EIL Recruitment 2026: Offline 05 Manager and Deputy Manager Posts

Age Details

• Manager: up to 36 years as on 30-11-2025.
• Deputy Manager: up to 32 years as on 30-11-2025.
• Age relaxations: 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC-NCL, and 10-15 years for PwD, Ex-Servicemen, and departmental candidates as applicable.

Educational Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech/B.Sc (Engg.) in Electrical, Mechanical, Instrumentation, Civil, or Metallurgy with a minimum of 65% marks.

Experience

• Manager (Cost Engineering): Minimum 8 years of post-qualification experience in cost estimation for feasibility studies, project economic analysis, cost optimization studies, and estimates for procurement during project execution in Refinery/Petrochemical/Gas Processing/LNG plants.
• Deputy Manager (Cost Engineering): Minimum 4 years in similar areas.
• Deputy Manager (Mechanical/Metallurgy Engg): Minimum 4 years in Risk Based Inspection, Reliability, Availability & Maintainability, Fitness for Purpose in Refinery/Petrochemical/Gas Processing/Fertilizer/Chemical plants.

Relaxation

• Post-graduates in engineering receive a relaxation of 1 year in experience, and Ph.D. holders receive 4 years.

Additional

• The qualification must be acquired within the minimum course duration. Experience is calculated as of 30-11-2025.

• PSU/Govt. sector candidates must present a No Objection Certificate (NOC) at interview/document verification.
• Outstation candidates called for interview for Deputy Manager and Manager will be entitled to II AC Sleeper Rail fare reimbursement.
