Eligibility Details

For LDC (Lower Division Clerk)

• Group C employees whose pay scale is identical to or lower than LDC, and Group D employees serving in the respective offices.
• Must possess a minimum matriculation (10th standard or equivalent) and have completed 5 years of regular service in Group D and in the Group C isolated cadre.

For JSA (Junior Secretariat Assistant)

• Group C staff of Head Office with matriculation or equivalent pass qualification.
• Minimum 3 years of regular service in the grade at Level-1 in the Pay Matrix (Rs. 18,000-56,900).
