Eligibility

Qualifications

• MBBS with PG Degree/DNB/Diploma or equivalent as per residency scheme in the concerned specialty from a recognized University/Institution, registered with the Delhi Medical Council.

Essential qualifications

• Registered with the Delhi Medical Council.

Experience

• If PG Degree/DNB/Diploma doctors are not available, MBBS doctors with at least 2 years of experience, including 1 year in the concerned specialty from a government or private hospital (not a private clinic), may be appointed as Senior Resident on a contract basis.

Application Fee

UR/OBC: Rs. 300 (Demand Draft in favor of "ESI FUND ACCOUNT NO - 1" payable at New Delhi).

PWD/Female/SC/ST: Exempted.

General Instructions

• Reach the Medical Superintendent, IG ESI Hospital, Delhi on 30/12/2025 at 9:00 AM with original documents and one set of self-attested photocopies as listed in the application form. No candidate will be entertained after 10:30 AM.
• Demands DD for Rs. 300 must be submitted at the time of interview by UR/OBC candidates; SC/ST/PWD/Female candidates are exempted.
• Carry all relevant original certificates and certificates supporting reservation/age relaxation. OBC/EWS certificates should be the latest and not older than one year from the interview date.
• Selected candidates must furnish a security deposit DD for Rs. 10,000 on joining, which is refundable after tenure and No Dues certificate.
• The appointment is for the tenure of 39 days or until joining of regular SR/GDMO/ESIC DNB-SR (01 year) or as dictated by vacancy positions and administrative needs.
• No claim for regularization, PF, pension, gratuity, or other service benefits shall be admissible. Medical fitness is mandatory. NOC from current employer is required if applicable.
