Note: The maximum tenure for teaching faculty engagement is up to 70 years of age, or until expiry of the tenure, whichever is earlier, subject to satisfying all rules and regulations.

Qualifications

• In accordance with the latest guidelines of the National Medical Commission (NMC/MCI).

Essential qualifications

• All candidates must have an up-to-date Medical Registration (NMC/State Medical Council) with all post MBBS/MD/MS qualifications.

Experience

• Experience as per the latest guidelines of the National Medical Commission (NMC/MCI).

• These vacancies are provisional and may increase or decrease as per actual requirements for patient care. The competent authority reserves the right to amend, cancel, or change this advertisement without prior notice.
• Reservation will be as per Government of India guidelines issued from time to time.
• In case of non-availability of reserved category candidates, meritorious candidates may be offered engagement at the sole discretion of the Appointing Authority.
• All candidates must have up-to-date Medical Registration (NMC/State Medical Council) with all post MBBS/MD/MS qualifications. If a candidate does not have updated registration, they must submit copies of applied-for documents at the time of interview.
• Government/Autonomous/Statutory employees should preferably have an NOC at the time of interview.
• No private practice is allowed after joining as teaching faculty at ESIC Medical College & Hospital Faridabad.
• PwD quota will be adjusted against the vacancy of the respective General/SC/ST/OBC/EWS categories.
• The tenure of the contract is initially 01 year, extendable subject to approval, performance, and requirements. The contract may be terminated for specific reasons or upon reaching 70 years of age.
• The competent authority reserves the right to terminate services at any time in the public interest. A one-month advance notice or equivalent salary deposit may be required.
• No entitlement to PF, Pension, Gratuity, Medical Allowance, or other service benefits. Hostel accommodation may be provided where possible, but it is not a right; if accommodated, HRA is not payable and related charges may be deducted as per rules.
