ESIC Hyderabad Faculty Recruitment 2026 - Walk-in for 7 Posts (Professor, Associate Professor & Assistant Professor)

Age Limit

• Upper age limit for all faculty posts is 69 years on the date of walk-in interview; no person shall serve beyond 70 years.

Educational Qualifications and Experience

• Full eligibility is governed by the Medical Institutions (Qualifications of Faculty) Regulations 2025 (NMC Gazette dated 30-06-2025).
• Postgraduate qualifications required: MD/MS/DM/M.Ch or DNB in the relevant specialty, with prescribed teaching and clinical experience.
• DNB equivalence is allowed in specified circumstances as per ESIC guidelines.

Note: Flexibility across posts is permitted; candidates eligible for a higher post (Professor/Associate Professor) may be considered for a lower post (Associate Professor/Assistant Professor) and vice versa, with temporary up- or down-gradation as per ESIC recommendations.

• Reporting time for document verification: one hour prior to scheduled interview time for the respective date
• Venue: Conference Hall, 2nd Floor, ESIC Super Specialty Hospital, Sanathnagar, Hyderabad

Application Fees

• There is no online application submission. The process is entirely walk-in, with on-spot document verification and interview. Any fees, if applicable, will be as per ESIC notification. (No separate online payment required here.)

Interview and Documentation

• Walk-in interviews are conducted department-wise for the specified posts. Eligible candidates must download and fill Annexure-IV (application form) and bring it to the interview with all documents.
• Original documents and one set of self-attested copies are required for verification. No online or postal applications will be accepted.
• Selected candidates may be required to join immediately and must provide a Rs. 1,00,000 caution deposit on joining, along with a contract and professional indemnity insurance within 7 days of engagement.
• Remuneration is consolidated and as per the ESIC contractual pay structure. Transport allowance with DA on transport allowance may apply as per rules.
• The selection is based solely on walk-in performance before the ESIC Selection Board.
