Age Limits

• Maximum Age: Not exceeding 35 years as on 01.08.2024.
• Age Relaxation: Up to five years for ESIC and Government servants, with additional relaxation for SC/ST/OBC/PWD/Ex-Servicemen as per Government of India rules.

Essential Qualifications

• A recognised MBBS degree qualification included in the First Schedule or Second Schedule or Part-II of the Third Schedule (other than licentiate qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (102 of 1956).
• Holders of educational qualifications included in Part-II of the Third Schedule should also fulfill the conditions specified in sub-section (3) of section 13 of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (102 of 1956).
• Completion of Compulsory rotating internship. Candidates who may not have completed rotating internships shall be eligible to apply provided that, if selected, they shall have satisfactorily completed the compulsory internship before appointment.

Desirable

• Candidates whose names appear in the CMSE-2024 details on the Pratibha Setu Portal of UPSC, as on closing date i.e. 17.02.2026, are eligible to apply.
• Registration with National Medical Council or State Medical Council is mandatory.

General Instructions

-Applications must be sent in the prescribed format with self-attested copies of certificates to The Joint Director (Recruitment), ESI Corporation, Panchdeep Bhawan, CIG Marg, New Delhi-110002 via Speed Post. -Applications should reach by the specified last date. Postal delays are not the responsibility of ESIC. -Applications submitted by email will not be accepted. -Applicants must ensure CMSE-2024 marks sharing consent with ESIC via UPSC Pratibha Setu Portal and that their name appears in CMSE-2024 details on the closing date. -Selection is merit-based and subject to medical fitness and other conditions.

• PwBD candidates will be considered under applicable category adjustments.
• Documents to be submitted include photos, birth proof, MBBS and internship certificates, caste certificates (if applicable), PwBD certificates, NOC if currently in service, and CMSE-2024 Roll Number and marks details.
• The decision of ESIC on all matters related to eligibility, selection, and posting will be final and binding.
