ESIC Recruitment 2025: Walk-in for Full Time Specialist, Part Time Specialist, and Senior Resident (16 Posts)

Age Details

• Full Time Specialist / Part Time Specialist: Up to 69 years
• Senior Resident: Not to exceed 45 years as of the interview date, with applicable relaxations for reserved categories.

Educational Qualification

• Full Time Specialist (FTS) / Part Time Specialist (PTS): PG Degree/Diploma in the relevant specialty from a recognized university and registered with the Medical Council.
• Senior Resident (SR): PG Degree or PG Diploma in the relevant specialty and registered with the Medical Council. In the absence of PG qualifications, MBBS with at least 2 years of working experience in the relevant specialty will be considered, with preference to PG-qualified candidates.

Experience

• FTS/PTS: Minimum 3 years post-PG degree or minimum 5 years post-Diploma in the relevant specialty.
• SR: As per the above qualification conditions; MBBS with 2 years’ experience if PG is not available.

Age Limit

• FTS/PTS: Up to 69 years.
• SR: Not more than 45 years at the date of interview, with relaxation for reserved categories as per rules.

Important Dates

• Notification Release Date: 30-11-2025
• Walk-in Interview Date: 11-12-2025 (10:00 AM to 1:00 PM; registration closes at 12:00 PM)
• Subsequent Walk-in (if vacancies remain): 2nd & 4th Thursday of every month for six months from the date of publication
• Advertisement Validity: 06 months from the date of publication

Application Fees

• No online application; walk-in interview only. (No separate application fee details provided in the notice.)

Other Instructions

• The number of vacancies may change without prior notice as per hospital requirements.
• No TA/DA shall be paid for appearing in the interview or for document verification.
• Selected candidates will have no claim for regularization or preference for regular appointment.
• Selected candidates must join within 7 days from receipt of the selection order.
• Posts are contractual and may be terminated by either side with one month’s notice.
• Candidates must be registered with the Gujarat Medical Council or the Medical Council of India before joining.
• Reservation benefits will be provided only on production of valid certificates in prescribed formats; OBC candidates must provide the non-creamy layer certificate as per DoPT guidelines.
• Selected candidates must execute an agreement on a non-judicial stamp paper of Rs. 300 and deposit Rs. 30,000 as refundable security (subject to conditions).
• Attendance will be monitored through the AEBAS biometric system, and remuneration will be paid strictly as per biometric attendance.
• Hostel accommodation/quarters/uniform will not be provided.
