ESIC Recruitment 2025: Walk-in for 21 Professor, Associate Professor and More Posts

Age limit

• Maximum age: Not exceeding 67 years as on the date of interview.

Eligibility (Medical and Non-Medical)

• Medical candidates: MD/MS/DNB in the relevant subject.
• Non-Medical candidates (Anatomy/Physiology): M.Sc with PhD in the relevant field.
• Super-specialty departments: DM/MCh/DNB/DrNB.

Experience requirements

• Professor: 8 years post-PG experience, with at least 3 years as Associate Professor and 4 research publications.
• Associate Professor: 5 years post-PG experience, with at least 4 years as Assistant Professor and 2 research publications.
• Assistant Professor: One year as Senior Resident after MD/MS.

Other qualifications

• Basic courses in Medical Education Technology and Biomedical Research as required by NMC for all posts.

Important Dates

• Advertisement Date: 17-12-2025
• First Walk-in Interview: 24-12-2025, 09:00 AM onwards
• Reporting Cut-off: 24-12-2025, 11:00 AM (no entry after this time)
• Subsequent Vacancy Updates: First and Third Wednesday of each month
• Subsequent Periodical Interviews: Second and Fourth Wednesday of each month

Application Fees

• Nil for SC/ST/PWD/ESIC regular employees, females, and ex-servicemen (via Demand Draft).
• Rs. 500 for all other categories (Demand Draft in favor of “ESI Fund A/c No.1” payable at Noida).

General Information / Instructions

• The posts are contractual and may be terminated with one month’s notice.
• Selection does not confer regularization.
• No private practice after joining.
• No TA/DA for interview attendance.
• Hostel accommodation will not be provided.
• Service candidates must submit an NOC at interview.
• One vacancy reserved for PwD.
