ESIC Recruitment 2025: Walk-in for 44 Super Specialist, Specialist and Senior Resident Posts

Age limits vary by post. Super Specialist and Specialist have a maximum age limit up to 69 years. Senior Resident has a maximum age limit of 45 years with relaxations as per government rules.

Super Specialist

• DM/MCh in Cardiology; registration with Medical Council of India/State Medical Council

Specialist

• PG Degree or Diploma in relevant specialty with 3 years post-PG experience or 5 years post-Diploma experience

Senior Resident

• PG Degree/Diploma in relevant specialty; Non-PG candidates with 2 years of relevant department experience

• Notification Date: 21/11/2025
• Walk-in Interview Date: 26/11/2025, 10:00 AM
• Walk-in Venue: Office of Medical Superintendent, 3rd Floor, ESIC Hospital, Katha, Baddi, Himachal Pradesh

Application Fee

• Security deposit of Rs. 40,000 (refundable) at joining for selected candidates
• No application fee for walk-in candidates? (Walk-in applicants are exempt from the non-walk-in fee)

Instructions

• Contract duration: 1 year, extendable up to 3 years based on performance
• Service does not confer regular appointment rights
• No PF, pension, gratuity, or other service benefits
• Hostel accommodation or quarters not provided
• Maintain professional indemnity as per ESIC mandates
• Absence >15 days may lead to contract termination
• No leave entitlement for part-time specialists
• No work without pay; misconduct may result in termination
• Emoluments as per Central Government rules; exact pay to be verified at interview
