  • Senior Resident (3-year contract): Up to 45 years as of the date of advertisement. Relaxations as per Government of India rules.

Eligibility

Eligibility Details

  • MBBS with a PG Degree or Diploma in the relevant specialty from a recognized institution.
  • Registration with the Medical Council of India/NMC.
  • Specialists: either a PG Degree with 3 years of experience after degree, or a PG Diploma with 5 years of experience in the concerned specialty.
  • Senior Residents (3-year Senior Residency): as per the Senior Residency Scheme.
  • Experience and qualification requirements may be subject to reservation regulations and applicable government rules.

  • No TA/DA will be paid for the walk-in interview or joining.
  • The Competent Authority reserves the right to fill or not fill any post or cancel any vacancy/interview at any stage.
  • Selected candidates must join on the date specified in the offer of appointment.
  • Medical fitness certificate from ESIC Medical Board is required.
  • Registration with Medical Council is mandatory.
  • Candidates may need to submit a No Objection Certificate from their current employer if employed elsewhere.
  • A security deposit (DD/Banker’s Cheque) of Rs. 10,000 drawn in favor of 'ESIC fund A/c No 1' payable at Rudrapur is required.
  • Reservation benefits (SC/ST/OBC/EWS) require valid certificates as per DoPT guidelines; certificates in other formats will not be accepted. OBC certificates must be valid and within their prescribed validity period.
  • Term of engagement is contractual; benefits and regularization are not guaranteed.
  • Selected specialists must maintain professional indemnity insurance for the period of engagement as specified; private practice may be restricted.
  • For SR posts, those who have already completed 3 years of Senior Residency under central residency schemes may not be eligible for the same post.
  • Report to ESIC Hospital Rudrapur for document verification well in advance of the scheduled interview time.
