Age Limits

• Faculty (Professor/Associate Professor/Assistant Professor): up to 69 years
• Senior Resident: up to 45 years
• The crucial date for determining age limit and other eligibility criteria is the date of the Walk-in Interview.

Eligibility per NMC Regulations

• The academic qualifications for Faculty and Senior Resident posts are in accordance with the Medical Institutions (Qualifications of Faculty) Regulations 2025 issued by the National Medical Commission (NMC).
• Specific subject-wise qualifications (e.g., MD/MS/DNB, and related transition provisions for PMR and Critical Care Medicine) are not exhaustively listed in the general notification. Candidates should refer to the NMC 2025 regulations and the official advertisement for exact requirements before applying.

Transition Period Qualifications (selected specialties)

• PMR: MD/DNB in PMR; MS/MD/DNB in Medicine with Diploma in PMR, or General Surgery, or Orthopaedics.
• Critical Care Medicine (ICU): DM/DNB/DrNB in Critical Care Medicine; MD/ DNB in Anaesthesiology, General Medicine, Respiratory Medicine, or Emergency Medicine; or MD/DNB/DM in Pulmonary Medicine.

Note: DNB is considered equivalent to MD/MS or DM/M.Ch when granted at an institution with an attached hospital of 500+ beds; otherwise, an additional year of senior residency may be required for teaching-post equivalence.

• Reporting time: 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM on each interview date

Application Fee

• NIL for SC/ST, Female candidates, Ex-servicemen, and Persons with Disabilities (PH)
• Rs. 500 for all other categories
• Fee is payable online (SB Collect) at the venue, and is non-refundable once paid.

General Instructions

• There is no separate online application submission for this recruitment; candidates must attend the walk-in interview with the prescribed application form completed in the specified format.
• Report to the Academic Block, ESIC Medical College, Sanathnagar, Hyderabad, between 9:00 AM and 10:30 AM on the scheduled interview date.
• Bring two self-attested passport-size photographs, self-attested copies of age/qualification/experience certificates, and the original certificates for verification.
• Pay the applicable fee (if any) via SB Collect at the venue.
• Selected candidates must join immediately upon offer; delay may lead to cancellation and next eligible candidate may be considered.
• A security deposit of Rs. 1,00,000 is required at joining for certain faculty posts, as specified in the notification.
• Ensure travel and stay arrangements fit the interview schedule across the listed specialties and dates.
