ESIC Senior Resident Recruitment 2025 - Walk-in for 51 Posts

Age Limit

• Maximum age: Not exceeding 45 years as on the date of the Walk-in Interview.
• The cut-off date for age, qualification, and eligibility is the date of the Walk-in Interview.

Educational Qualifications

• Senior Residents in super specialty departments: MS/MD and MCh/DM/DrNB/FNB as per latest NMC/MCI guidelines.
• If super-specialty SRs are unavailable, SRs from parent broad specialties (MD/MS/DNB) in relevant disciplines may be considered.

Registration & Documentation

• Updated Medical Registration (NMC/State Medical Council) covering all post-MBBS/MD/MS qualifications is required; those without updated registration must show proof of application and submit updated registration before joining.
• Candidates from Govt./Autonomous/Statutory Institutions should preferably produce NOC at interview; if not available, proof of having applied for NOC and an undertaking must be submitted.
• PwD candidates selected under PwD quota will be adjusted against corresponding category vacancies as per rules.

Important Dates

• Notification / Advertisement Date: 25/11/2025
• First Walk-in Interview (Document Verification & Interview): 27/11/2025 (Reporting time: 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM)
• Subsequent Walk-in Interview days: Every Thursday (if not a holiday) thereafter till all vacant posts are filled
• Cut-off date for age, qualification, and eligibility: Date of respective Walk-in Interview

Application Fee

• SC / ST / ESIC Regular Employee / Female Candidate / PH Candidate: Nil
• All Other Categories: Rs. 500
• Payment: Through Demand Draft in favour of “ESI Fund A/c No.-1” payable at Faridabad
• Note: Fees paid are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Important Instructions

• Vacancies are provisional and may increase or decrease based on actual requirements.
• Reservation will be as per Government of India guidelines; if reserved-category candidates are not available, meritorious candidates may be engaged for 39 days at the discretion of the Appointing Authority.
• No private practice is allowed after joining as Senior Resident at ESIC MCH Faridabad.
• Contract tenure initially 1 year, extendable up to 3 years subject to ESIC HQ approval and performance; contract may terminate on joining of bonded SRs.
• No TA/DA will be paid for interviews or document submission.
