Age Details

• Minimum Age: 21 years
• Maximum Age: 28 years
• Age as on 31 December 2025; relaxations per category are applicable as per government rules

Educational Qualification

• Minimum 60% aggregate marks in Graduation (3-year full-time) + Post Graduation (MBA/PGDBA/PGDBM/MMS) in Finance/International Business/Foreign Trade OR Chartered Accountant (CA)
• Post Graduation must be a minimum 2-year full-time duration with specialization in Finance and at least 60% marks
• For CA, membership of ICAI is mandatory
• Candidates who have appeared for final examination in PG or CA during January 2026 and expect results in 2026 are eligible to apply
• University/Institute should be recognized/approved by Government/AICTE/UGC
• Degrees obtained through correspondence/part-time/open university/open learning/external/distance learning are NOT eligible

Essential Skills

• Excellent communication skills
• Proficiency in computers and information technology

Additional Requirements

• Candidates awaiting final results must provide evidence by June 01, 2026 or joining date (whichever is later)
• If degrees are awarded with CGPA/GPA, provide conversion formula if percentage is not mentioned on the mark sheet

Application Fee

General Information / Instructions

• Only Indian citizens are eligible to apply
• Applications must be submitted online through the official link; no other mode will be accepted
• Willing to serve anywhere in India; selected candidates may be posted outside India with consent
• Management Trainees will be absorbed as Deputy Manager after one year of training
• A personal bond of ₹3 lakh must be executed to serve the Bank for 1 year as MT and minimum 5 years after absorption
• Candidates already in service should provide a relieving letter at joining
• PwBD reservation is available under the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016
• One vacancy reserved for PwBD (Hearing impairment) within the total, with 40% disability minimum
• PwBD candidates must submit a Disability Certificate
• EWS certificate issued on/after 01/04/2025 and before document verification is required
• Non-Creamy Layer certificate for OBC candidates valid as on the last date of application (issued within one year prior)
• Canvassing is prohibited and may lead to disqualification
