Educational Qualifications

• Cook cum Bearer: Standard X pass with Certificate in Food Production/Cooking from any institute, and 5 years of experience as a Cook (non-vegetarian/vegetarian) in an industrial canteen or similar establishment. In cases of insufficient candidates with the prescribed qualifications and 5 years of experience, candidates with less or without the required experience may be considered at the discretion of the Management.
• Canteen Supervisor: Degree in Catering Technology / Catering Science / Hotel Management or a Three-Year Diploma in Catering Technology / Catering Science / Hotel Management, or Std X pass with a Diploma/Certificate in Catering, Food Production, or Food & Beverage of at least one year duration with 5 years of post-qualification supervisory experience in a canteen or similar establishment. If needed, candidates with at least 2 years of experience may be considered at the Management’s discretion.
