CEO (Chief Executive Officer)

• Graduation in Agriculture / Agriculture Marketing / Agribusiness Management or BBA or equivalent.
• Locally available professionals with 10+2 and preferably a diploma in agriculture/agriculture marketing/agri-business management or related areas may be considered preferable.
• If any SHG member or their family members meet the above criteria, they may be considered preferable in the selection process.

Accountant

• 10+2 with Mathematics as a compulsory subject, or alternatively with a Commerce or Accountancy background.
• Knowledge of accounting software (e.g., Tally) is a must.
• If any SHG member or their family members meet the above criteria, they may be considered preferable in the selection process.
