Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible, the daughter of a registered construction worker must meet the following criteria:

• Regularly pursuing higher education in a college or higher education institution in Haryana.
• 18 years or older and unmarried.
• Possess a valid two-wheeler driving license (if applicable).
• Scored 60% or more in her 12th-grade examination.

Incentive Details

• Limited to one electric scooter per family.
• Maximum benefit: Rs. 50,000/- or the actual ex-showroom price, whichever is less.
• Provided via e-rupee.
• The applicant must upload the electric scooter purchase bill within one month of receiving the incentive; otherwise, they will not be eligible for future welfare schemes.

The objective of this scheme is to facilitate the mobility of daughters of registered construction workers pursuing higher education by providing an incentive of Rs. 50,000/- or the actual ex-showroom price, whichever is less, through e-rupee. To receive the incentive, one year of regular membership and a fully completed declaration form uploaded on the website are mandatory. A certificate from the head of the college/higher education institution confirming the daughter's regular pursuit of higher education is also required. Only female students studying in a higher education institution/college in Haryana are eligible for this incentive. The incentive is limited to one electric scooter per family. The maximum benefit is Rs. 50,000/- or the actual ex-showroom price, whichever is less, provided via e-rupee. The applicant must upload the electric scooter purchase bill within one month of receiving the incentive; otherwise, they will not be eligible for future welfare schemes. Candidates should carefully fill all columns in the application form, including name, father's name, mother's name, date of birth, address, and qualification details.
