Educational Qualifications

• Graduate in Mathematics or Statistics as one of the subjects with a minimum OCPA of 6.00/10.00 or 60% marks.
• M.A./M.Sc. (Mathematics/Statistics) with a minimum OCPA of 6.50/10.00 or 65% marks.
• NET qualified.
• Ph.D. degree in the given/related discipline.
• Candidate should have cleared matric-level Punjabi examination. Candidates without knowledge of Punjabi may be considered/appointed provided no suitably qualified/experienced candidate with knowledge of Punjabi is available.

Experience and other requirements

• Knowledge of Punjabi is preferred; relaxation may be considered as per rules.
