GATE 2026: Important Instructions

• Photo Instruction: The face should occupy at least 75% of the photograph. It should be a good quality, latest passport-size color photo with a white background.
• Signature Instruction: Draw a rectangular box of 2 cm X 7 cm on A4 size paper. Sign within the drawn box using a black or blue pen in running hand.
• Thumb Impression Instruction: Draw a rectangular box of 3 cm X 5 cm on A4 size paper. Mark your left thumb impression within the drawn box.

How to Fill: GATE 2026 Online Form 2025

• The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Guwahati has issued a notification and invited online application forms for GATE 2026. Candidates can apply online from August 28, 2025, to September 26, 2025.
• Candidates should read the notification carefully before applying through the NaukariShala.com Admission & Latest Jobs Section.
• Kindly check and collect all necessary documents: handwriting sample, eligibility proofs, ID proof, address details, and basic details.
• Prepare scanned documents related to the recruitment form, such as photo, signature, ID, thumb impression, proof, etc.
• Before submitting the application form, carefully check the preview and all columns.
• If an application fee is required, it must be submitted. The form will not be considered complete without the required application fees.
